Damaged or Lost Packages
If your tapestry arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue. VizEffects is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders may take longer due to customs clearance. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations.
