Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your tapestry must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
